Radzen Factory terms

1. These terms

These terms are a contract between you and Radzen Ltd, Sofia Park 118, 1766 Sofia, Bulgaria, UIC 204049114, VAT BG204049114 (info@radzen.com), for the use of Radzen Factory. You accept them when you start a trial or buy a plan. For the personal data of others that you put into Radzen Factory or your hosted apps, the data processing agreement is part of them. How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy notice.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address you control, and you are responsible for what is done with your account. The owner of a Business team is responsible for the people they add to it.

3. Plans, credits and payment

The trial is free for 15 days and ends on its own. Plans, credits, their prices and what each includes are on the pricing page. Plans are paid in advance through radzen.com and renew every month or year until you cancel; cancelling, or moving to a smaller plan, takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

4. Refunds

Except where the law requires, payments are not refunded. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal. To ask for a refund, write to info@radzen.com.

5. Your apps

You keep your rights in what you put into Radzen Factory and in the apps it builds for you. You allow Radzen to store, process, build, check and host them, and to send them to the providers named in the privacy notice, as far as needed to provide and protect the service. AI models make mistakes: review what they produce before you rely on it. You are responsible for your apps and for what they do.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Radzen Factory to build, preview, share or publish an app that:

  1. impersonates a company, brand or person that you do not own or are not authorised to represent;
  2. collects passwords, one-time codes, card or bank details, or other credentials under false pretences;
  3. delivers malware, or tricks visitors into running commands or downloading files;
  4. is a scam or otherwise defrauds visitors, including fake crypto wallets and Ponzi or pyramid schemes;
  5. takes or pays out money on bets, casino games or lotteries;
  6. sells drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or stolen data, or otherwise offers goods or services illegally;
  7. publishes pornography or sells sexual services;
  8. tracks, exposes or covertly watches people without their knowledge;
  9. sends email through Radzen Factory other than account email and transactional email about the app's own service, such as unsolicited marketing, newsletters or bulk email, or email that misrepresents its sender;
  10. contains, promotes or links to child sexual abuse material, or intimate images of people without their consent, including deepfakes;
  11. promotes hate, violent extremism or terrorism, or harasses people;
  12. infringes the rights of others, or offers financial services without the licence the law requires;
  13. mines cryptocurrency, attacks or overloads other systems, or otherwise abuses the service; or
  14. is otherwise illegal.

You compensate Radzen for claims by others that arise from your apps or from a breach of this section; if you are a consumer, only as far as the law allows.

7. Checks before release

Before you share or publish an app, an AI model checks its code against points (a) to (i) of section 6, and Radzen builds the app from exactly the code that was checked. If the check flags the app, cannot decide, or concerns an app whose earlier version was rejected, the app is held until a Radzen administrator approves or rejects it; only a person rejects an app. Images served from apps we host are also scanned automatically for known child sexual abuse material. Points (j) to (n) are enforced through reports to abuse@radzen.com and review. A passing check does not mean that Radzen approved your app or that it complies with the law.

8. Restricting apps and accounts

Radzen may hold, refuse, restrict or remove an app, and suspend or close an account, if we reasonably believe it breaks section 6, these terms or the law, or if an authority orders it; where we can, we act on the app rather than the account. When we do, we tell you what we restricted, why, on which rule, whether automated means were used, and how you can contest it. You can contest it by writing to abuse@radzen.com within six months; a person reviews your complaint, tells you the outcome, and reverses the decision if it was wrong. You may also take the matter to a court.

9. The service

We may change, add or remove features; a change that makes the service worse for you is announced as in section 12. We do not promise that Radzen Factory or the apps we host will always be available or free of errors.

10. Ending

You may cancel your plan at any time and delete your account in Radzen Factory. We may end these terms for your account with 30 days' notice by email, refunding the unused part of a paid period, or at once under section 8. What happens to your data then is described in the privacy notice.

11. Liability

Each party's total liability under these terms, including the data processing agreement, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim and EUR 100. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data. These limits do not apply to intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, to your payments, or to your obligation under section 6 to compensate Radzen, and they do not limit rights the law gives you as a consumer.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. We email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect; if you do not agree, you may end your plan before then and we refund the unused part of the paid period.

13. Law and courts

Bulgarian law governs these terms, and the courts of Sofia decide disputes. If you are a consumer, the courts of the country you live in decide disputes with you, and you keep the protection of its mandatory law.
