Who we are
Radzen Factory is run by Radzen Ltd, Sofia Park 118, 1766 Sofia, Bulgaria, UIC 204049114, VAT BG204049114, the controller of the personal data described here.

Your Radzen account, subscription, licenses and invoices are handled by radzen.com under its own
privacy policy.
What we process and why
- Your account. Your email address, and your IP address when you request a sign-in code or start a trial, which go to radzen.com;
a trial also gives radzen.com your first and last name. We use them to sign you in, apply your plan and email you about your account and apps.
An email address is required to use Radzen Factory. Legal basis: our contract with you.
- Building apps. Your prompts, attachments, chats and app code, and the database schema and optional sample rows you select.
We store them so you can continue later and send them to AI model providers to generate your app. Legal basis: our contract with you.
- Teams and shares. The email addresses of the people you invite to a team or a private share, and an invitee's IP address
when they request a code. Legal basis: our contract with you, and for the people you invite our legitimate interest in letting you work and share with them.
- Usage. Tokens, credits, model and timing of each prompt, to show your usage and apply your plan. Legal basis: our contract with you.
- Keeping the service safe. Before an app is shared or published, its code is checked automatically; an app the check flags is held
until a Radzen administrator decides, and only a person rejects an app. We keep review verdicts, refusals by the AI providers, and records and notes
of administrator actions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and running the service.
- Other people's data. For personal data of others that you put into Radzen Factory, such as sample rows or attachments, and for the data your app's users enter, you are the controller and Radzen processes it on your behalf under the data processing agreement.
We use only the cookies the service needs to work, and no analytics or advertising trackers.
Who processes it, and where
Data sent to the United States is protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise by the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider's data processing agreement.
For personal data of others that you put into Radzen Factory or your hosted apps, the same providers except radzen.com are our sub-processors; we announce any change here and
by email 30 days in advance.
How long we keep it
- Your account, apps, chats, shares and teams: until you delete them or your account. An account unused for 12 months without an active plan
or hosted app is deleted after an email notice 30 days ahead.
- Hosted apps: deleted no sooner than 60 days after your subscription ends, after an email notice 30 days ahead.
- Prompt traces: 7 days. Usage records: up to two calendar months, or the whole trial.
- App review evidence: up to 90 days; verdicts as long as the app or, for a rejection, your account exists.
- Records of administrator actions: 6 months. Backups: about five weeks.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete and take a copy of your personal data, object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
and restrict processing. Download my data and Delete my account are in your account in Radzen Factory; for anything else write to
info@radzen.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the
Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or the authority in your country.
